my love affair started at Froth & Fodder just after they opened three years ago... I was hooked on the coffee and the barista at the time was quirky, he made a great mean coffee and was a NRL nut like me! I was in love...

then I tried their amazing food, I fell big time... I mean big time! I drove my hubby nuts, I wanted (really needed) to go there all the time to eat and drink coffee... my favourite dish is the breakfast burrito which is one of their special specials that comes and goes from time to time... and when its on the specials board I am there! like George Costanza rushing out of a burning building!!!
there is so much to love about Froth & Fodder, the food, the coffee, the ambiance, the people you meet in there (Kurralta Park locals are super awesome), the location, the amazing and fun staff... But for me it is also a great place to just chill, relax, meet up with friend or three and most importantly to reboot after a crazy day or week... my happy place in a nutshell!
My favourite location in Froth & Fodder is table 5, (i wish I could have a permanent reservation at this table) you get to see everyone who is coming and going and just people watch, if thats your thing - at times it's my thing!
well today was a big day for me and in true form (I have a number of quiet moments and not so quiet moments in there) I decided to sit and eat in my favourite happy place... Today was the day I picked up my final house plans to check before they finally go to council! I needed to go over them with a cheeky coffee and breakfast, as you do - Eggs Away (my egg where poached) with a side of mushrooms if you don't mind... This is one of my favorite dishes on the menu, so simple but delish... and my go to dish when I can't decide on what to eat or if I am only a little bit hungry (if thats a thing)... The only bumper about today was I didn't have table 5!
